Established in 1976, the Federation of Associations of Brazilian Information Technology Companies, ASSESPRO NACIONAL, is the oldest entity in the sector. Over the past 40 years, the organization has legitimately defended the interests of national computer companies. The importance of Assespro is recognized at all levels of government, it is an active member of the Information Technology Sector Committee and the Internet Management Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Today, Assespro encompasses more than 2,500 software companies and IT services linked to it through its regional offices, each with its own democratically elected board of directors. The associates comprise national private companies from the processing segments of the largest collections of Brazilian professional experience in the sector of information technology outside control from the state and large private corporations, serving a range of medium and large customers, and a large number of micro and small companies in all locations of Brazil, thus, we can say that 90% of independent companies have their presence within Assespro.
The ASSESPRO NACIONAL Board of Directors meeting will be held during July 27, 2017, parallel to the PARANÁ TIC event and counting with the representatives of all ASSESPRO Regional offices.
